In order to make a comfortable hotel environment and further improve the quality of our services, THE KITANO HOTEL TOKYO will change the service charge from Wednesday, January 15, 2025 as follows.

<Description of change> Service charge will be changed to 15% (Room charge, Tea Lounge KAFU, and Kitano Arms Lounge)

*Reservations that already include a service charge will not be subject to an additional charge due to the rate change.

LA PYRAMIDE × KITANO TOKYO「未来をつくる一皿」

L’Orangerie光庵初のコラボレーション賞味会となる今回。
当館総料理長・加茂健のメンターでもあり、共に「ルレ・エ・シャトー」加盟施設でもあるフランスはヴィエンヌの伝説の名店「ラ・ピラミッド」のパトリック・アンリルーシェフが来日。

美味しさはもちろんのこと、環境破壊を招かない食材選びと調理方法に配慮したお野菜中心の特別なコースをご提供いたします。

「ルレ・エ・シャトー」によるサスティナブルな取り組み＜Foor For Change＞の今年度のテーマは「Plant The Future（未来を植えよう）」。

その一環となる今回の賞味会では、人間の健康、そして生物や環境を尊重した、肉食過多から移行する食生活に注目。

本フェアは、持続可能な地球環境で、健全な経済のサイクルを伴い、そして人が健康でいることを目指し、食が現代に貢献できるひとつの形を実現いたします。

また今回は「ラ・ピラミッド」パティシエの平氏も来日。同店伝説のデザート「マルジョレーヌ」「ピアノショコラ」もご賞味いただけます。

<La Pyramide × KITANO Tokyo : “Plant the Future”>

Our new French Main Dining : “L’Orangerie Koh-an” has announced our very first collaboration event with Chef Patrick Henriroux from La Pyramide in Vienne, France.

He is one of the mentor of our Exective chef Takeshi Kamo and also The Advisor for our Human Resources development. And above all, we’re both the member of the Relais Chateaux.

The theme of this event is “Plant the Future”: following the Relais & Chateaux campaign of <Food for Change>. Chef Henriroux offers a thoughtful plant-based menu.
For our precious future, we express A TRANSITION TO PLANT-RICH DIETS.

In addition to those special menus, it will be a special occasion to have the famous desserts “gâteau marjolaine”　and the signature “Le piano au chocolat” with their chef Pâtissier Taira Kawamura.
